Ellen Rosenblum will seek changes in Oregon’s 40-year-old public records law to make government responses to citizen requests “earlier, cheaper and better.”But Rosenblum, during a meeting Tuesday with the Statesman Journal editorial board, said she may take a less sweeping approach than her soon-to-be predecessor as attorney general.
