With little discussion Tuesday night, city council approved a resolution to contract a paralegal to deal with a large number of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
By a 6-2 vote, council approved a resolution to expend $3,000 from Capital Reserve to contract a paralegal for legal work pertaining to the requests. Council members Brad Kimes and Sharyn Tallman voted against the resolution.
